Local businessman, Jaime Hernandez continues campout in front of NBC5 Studios, 401 N. Michigan Ave to expose corruption.
Day Six:
"I will remain here as long as it takes. The media and the government have failed to acknowledge the fraud that has taken place in many legal cases here in Chicago". Mr. Hernandez who was recently arrested for trespassing and assault for simply standing in the Daley Center, is fighting to expose corruption in the City of Chicago. Mr. Hernandez and others have personally been affected by some of the scandals that have plagued the city. He is not looking for any fame or glory, but only wants the injustices to be exposed.
Mr. Hernandez does not believe in the old doctrine of "…that's the way things work in the Windy City", and believes that the time is ripe for change.
He believes that the Mayor has beautified the city, but at what cost? The city still has many homeless people.
There are plenty of construction jobs; but they remain in the hands of the status quo.
The truth of police brutality has finally come to light; but, there is a supposed statute of limitations and the brutality continues.
The mayor boasts about higher test scores; but, students continue being killed on the streets of Chicago.
The Shakman Decree stands to guard against patronage in Chicago; however, only one person has won under this decree and has yet to see the money from the law suit.
The city is filled with crooked politicians, crooked lawyers, crooked city workers, but the mayor is more concerned with hosting the Olympics (using tax payer dollars).
The mayor has taken over schools, taken down Meigs Field, and now wants to put his hands on monitoring cases of police brutality, yet, he did nothing when he served as state's attorney.

I will remain here for as long as it takes. The media and the government have failed to acknowledge the fraud that has taken place in Eugene Wzorek's case as well as many, many others. The system has screwed us. It has to stop. There needs to be a change.
Everyone who knows what happened in his case knows that what happened was wrong. It was blatant fraud. These injustices have to be exposed and the people involved must account for their actions. The people who took part in the Wzorek case scheme: the City of Chicago and its puppets; Judge Duff, Court reporter Lois LaCourte (who stated to Judge Duff that she would rather go to jail than hand over the tapes), Attorney Lawrence Rosenthal, Supervisor of Federal Court Reporter Cheryl Young, City Attorney Charles Ex, City Attorney Mary Smith, Attorney Charles Gubbins, Attorney Harry Schroeder, and others who conspired to cheat him out of a fair trial, they need to brought to justice
Fraud is everywhere you look, the story yesterday about the Red Snapper fish. This is fraud; these restaurants passing off Tilapia and Red Sea Bream for Red Snapper. Who is going to be protected in this situation? The same people who are always protected when fraud, scams and corruption arises…the rich and the connected.
Media from the US as well as abroad are sitting up for the Conrad Black trial. Wake up, we have something that is greater than the Conrad Black trial and any other trial. The evidence that we have is shocking.
Now Vrdolyak has been indicted for fraud and bribery, everyone is awestruck. Vrdolyak is a small fish in an ocean of corruption. Why is that no one will go after the people in the Wzorek case?
IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO HELP EXPOSE THIS, THEN YOU ARE PART OF THE CORRUPTION AND FRAUD. THIS IS GOING ON WORLDWIDE, NOT JUST HERE IN CHICAGO
Editor's Note: Gene Wzorek's case involves massive corruption in the local Federal Courts here in Chicago. Gene was/is the only individual who beat the City Of Chicago in a Shakman case that proved beyond shadow of a doubt that he was fired for political cause. Pages and pages of official court transcripts where removed from the record by the City of Chicago on the appeal to deprive Gene of his just reward for damages. In order to cover up their crimes the official audio tapes covering the pages of transcripts in question where removed from the court by the City of Chicago's lead counsel - and they have never been returned to this day.
